Bob Wankum and Evie White keep the army alive during downtown Jefferson City’s “Living Windows”. The Salvation Army is a Christian organization with an estimated world wide membership of 1.5 million. It is an organization that was founded in 1865 by William and Catherine Booth and currently in 127 countries.
Wankum stated “we have a very nice downtown.” Living windows pulls in business from the surrounding area’s and is generally a happy time.
